Something good that has undeniably come out of the last two years have been opportunities for self-reflection, reassessing the path you're on and remembering what's most important to you.

For many, the pandemic has provided that well needed wake up call about the importance of looking after one’s physical and mental wellbeing. So we now find ourselves in this time of the 'Great Resignation', and this track is about working up the courage to reinvent oneself at the expense of difficult and perhaps painful sacrifices.
